Conn Mac Aogáin

Conn Mac Aogáin is an American of Irish parentage who has always been interested in the Irish language. Coming from a background in Geography and Economics, at a career midpoint Conn had the opportunity to earn a second BA, in Linguistics and in Comparative Literature in Irish through the medium of Irish (through the Fulbright visiting Irish scholars programme), at Lehman College. Lately he has been working on learning to read manuscripts in Early Modern Irish (Classical Gaelic), and is working towards an MA in Digital Humanities at City University of New York (CUNY). Conn also has a BA in Geography and Economics, and an MA in Urban Planning, from Columbia University.
